We’re excited to announce our next project – the renovation of the old Burton’s building in Colne town centre, creating a new Thrive office space.
Built in 1937, the art deco building was owned by the Burton brothers, who opened Burton’s tailoring there the following year. Now named Burton House in homage to the building’s heritage, the 4,056 sq ft space will offer 14 new high spec offices over two floors and is set to open in spring.
With office suites ranging from 90 sq ft (for 1-2 people) to 400 sq ft (for 7-8 people), Burton House is the perfect location for ambitious small businesses looking to grow. A Thrive trademark, all offices are serviced with a range of benefits included in the rent, such as communal breakout area, Cat6 cabling to all office suites, LED lighting, high speed Internet and Wi-Fi and utilities (electric, heating and water). This all-inclusive pricing model makes Thrive a desirable option when choosing your new office space, with one simple payment each month.
Burton House is conveniently located in the centre of Colne, less than a mile from the train station and close to the motorway network, connecting tenants to the rest of the North.
Matthew Settle, Managing Director of Thrive, said: “We’re delighted to kickstart 2020 with a new office refurbishment and launch, adding our ninth building to the Thrive portfolio. Burton House will offer excellent facilities, improving the workplace experience of tenants and visitors alike.”
Thrive members gain access to the communal areas and facilities at all Thrive’s sites across the North West, including Wigan, Cheadle and Widnes.
Prices start at £150pcm for a 1-2 person office suite. Get in touch for more info or to arrange a viewing.Category - News
