We’re delighted to announce that Miller House in Farnworth and Foundry House in Widnes are both fully occupied. The two buildings, which less than 12 months ago were being refurbished, are now home to 64 businesses which between them employ around 180 people.
Miller House on Market Street, Farnworth launched at the beginning of the year following its £800,000 transformation and features 37 office suites while Foundry House on Widnes Business Park completed its £750,000 refurbishment into 36 office suites in November last year.
Matthew Settle, Managing Director at Thrive said: “Filling both buildings so quickly is testament to the hard work and commitment of the Thrive team. It’s been fantastic to see the transformation of both buildings from neglected, old offices into modern, bright and busy workspaces. We’re looking forward to building relationships with all the businesses who have joined the Club Thrive network to help them collaborate and grow.”
Miller House and Foundry House are part of Thrive’s portfolio of buildings across the North West, with 154 companies and nearly 500 employees enjoying the workspace and facilities we offer. With most buildings almost full, we’re planning further growth of the Thrive network, benefitting tenants and new prospects alike – watch this space!Category - News
