Thrive are excited to announce that 37 brand new office suites are to be offered to the market in early Autumn.
Miller house in Farnworth holds a prominent position on Market Street at the hub of the town centre which is currently under a regeneration program of works from Bolton Council.
Our refurbishment of Miller House has now commenced will transform the current building into a stylish, modern serviced office centre offering a range of modern office suites. There will be a range of suites from 2 to 3 person offices, 160 sq ft, to 12 to 12 person offices at 460 sq ft.
Miller House has not only been designed to offer great office suites, but to provide stunning and vibrant communal areas and facilities to enhance the whole working environment experience. Modern meeting rooms offer all the latest technology including interactive touch screen whiteboards, skype and conferencing facilities along with complimentary tea and coffee for the more formal meetings and for the less formal and for less formal meetings why not use a more social setting and take advantage of our fantastic break out area. This break out area is also a great place to network and grab a coffee with other Thrive members whilst taking that much needed respite from the pressures of work. A first for Thrive is the addition of an on site Gym which will be available for our Thrive members.
